After receipt of registration, refunds only allowed if camp insurance is purchased. For anyone who purchases camp insurance, notification of cancellation must be in writing at least 24 hours prior to the start of camp. We rely heavily on having specific numbers for our camps in order to hire staffing and run a successful camp.  No refunds will be given due to cancellation because of weather; however we will give a camp credit for a future Pirate Softball Camp.

This camp is owned and operated by Shane Winkler. East Carolina University is not responsible for any expenses related to your participation in the camp or costs incurred in the event of cancellation of all or any portion of the camp.

According to NCAA rules and regulations, all camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants regardless of skill/level (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender
